Well it's about time! I know. I've had this blog for a while but never bothered to use it. Well, this is my first art upload. I did this for a class last semester, and it also served as one of the pieces for both the "Trexperts" and "Leonard Nimoy Fan Club" newsletters I've been doing art for for about two years now. It's funny to think, before the new Star Trek movie came out in 2009, I had no idea what Star Trek was. I went to see it just to get out college for an afternoon, and I am not kidding: the very first scene where the USS Kelvin moves across the screen, with all the beeps and sounds, into the distant black hole, I was hooked! Star Trek has opened up a whole new world for me, or should I say worlds, for me. You never know when a new inspiration will come along.
